Hi, I’m Eva Torvenyiova - an independent energy assessor based in Fulham. I believe getting your EPC shouldn’t be complicated or stressful. Whether you’re a homeowner, landlord, or small business owner, my goal is to give you clear, honest advice and a straightforward service you can trust.

With 19 years of experience carrying out both residential and commercial Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs), I’m proud to offer a personal touch - no call centres, no confusing jargon, just friendly support from start to finish. I’ll always take the time to explain your results, answer your questions, and help you find the best way to boost your property’s energy performance.

When I’m not out doing assessments, you’ll usually find me spending time with family and friends or working on home improvement projects.
